They will pretend to be helpful, until It comes time to help with something, then they ignore you. Especially when it's a warranty, they will replace 2/4 tires on an AWD for said warranty, which is against help with something, then they ignore you. Especially when it's a warranty, they will replace 2/4 tires on an AWD for said warranty, which is against the law, because it causes accidents on the ice, furthermore, the tires didn't even fix the original issue, in fact they amplified the shimmy. When they took an actual look at the shimmy in the drive train, in Oct 2021, Ryan Prince told me "it's a driveshaft or axle or something" he also told me "the shimmy isn't that bad, and you'll be fine to drive to powderking this winter" (as I had mentioned I like to snowboard and I wanted the issue dealt with before the snow flew), when you need to find out parts availability, they ignore you for months at a time (this includes the fixed ops manager and the general sales manager), all while harassing you to try and set up a "maintenence appointment" based on milage that I haven't been able to use. I haven't been able to drive my 2019 Hyundai Kona for 4 MONTHS since the accident caused from their illegal repair. They have put my safety at risk, and have made less than minimal effort to rectify their mistakes, I guess it's time to look at taking legal action against their severely unprofessional, and criminally negligent service department. Brought my vehicle in for a rock chip repair and they promptly got it filled for me while I waited and had some coffee. Ryan was very courteous to deal with and Charlie was great to deal with. Cassie has an amazing attention for the smallest details. I am always so impressed with the high standard of detailing she does to my vehicle. The staff at Grande Prairie Hyundai are wonderful to deal with. Brad our salesman was great as he answered all of my questions and if he didn’t have the answer he found someone that did and would get back to with. Brittany the sales manager was awesome as she hunted down the model and color I was wanting and delivered it in a very timely manner. Kati the financial manager went through everything and made sure we understand the contract. The parts department Lori and her staff were awesome setting up future appointment and installing my mud flaps. The service department Taylor were great as well very easy to deal with. All in all it was a smooth process. Everyone is very friendly and helpful there would highly recommend. More

Amazing service from Dean Smith of Grande Prairie Hyundai. We had a problem with our Hyundai in an area where there are no Hyundai dealers. The closest was Grande Prairie Hyundai. We decided to ca Hyundai. We had a problem with our Hyundai in an area where there are no Hyundai dealers. The closest was Grande Prairie Hyundai. We decided to call them and Dean Smith was the one who took care of us. He contacted Hyundai Canada for us and took excellent care of us even if we weren't from Alberta. We spoke many times for updates, questions and he was always extremely polite and happy to talk to us. We are extremely satisfied with the way Dean took care of our car and the way he was always there to help us.
