Amazing Service! My car was out in the shop immediately. Parts were ordered and arrived within 2 days, and installed. Recieved a new remote starter for free I had a remote car starter done around October, and I was having some sporadic issues with it, and the range wasn't nearly as advertised. It was done I had a remote car starter done around October, and I was having some sporadic issues with it, and the range wasn't nearly as advertised. It was done at Visions Electronics via Hyundai (done there because it was a manual transmission). Anyways, even after having this installed for several months of use and having been back and forth with Visions, I ended up dealing directly with Hyundai for my complaints. Alyssa convinced them to install a new car starter on my vehicle. Free of charge, a far better product, with far better range. Highly recommend. I went in far from happy, and left with a great new product, and a total bill of $0. They even picked my car up for while I was at work just to get it done with. More

Lack of respect and care I have experienced some of the worst service of my life recently. This service department promised calls back and never called more than once about th I have experienced some of the worst service of my life recently. This service department promised calls back and never called more than once about the same issue. Never answered questions always stepped around a direct answer. Claimed they did work on my vehicle and I was charged for it when in reality t was never completed. It was over 3 months to get an honest answer from their service writer. I would never ever recommend their service department. Very unprofessional and have never left a place feeling as disrespected and mistreated as this facility. More

Great customer service Great dealership. I got my car fixed here a few times and the service here is great. When I dropped my car off at the dealership for a few days Great dealership. I got my car fixed here a few times and the service here is great. When I dropped my car off at the dealership for a few days they made sure to call me numerous times to let me know how it was all going and they provided prices before they started any work. The best part was that they were actually looking to save me money on work. They went over and above to see if my user car had extended warranty which ended up saving me thousands. You may get slightly better prices elsewhere but in terms of quality of work and service, it's pretty much second to none. More
