They had my car for a week while we were out of town and they did not mind. Kevin saw that I had a huge crack in my windshield and told me about the sale they had on windshields and so I had mine changed while my car was there. I found it helpful that he went through the service report with me and talked about possible issues that could be addressed at my next service appt. even though we now live 2.5 hours away I will be back for my SUVs next service. Veracruz repair work We had our vehicle brought in on a tow truck, 3 hours before closing on a long week-end, They managed to bring it in and repair it before closing and We had our vehicle brought in on a tow truck, 3 hours before closing on a long week-end, They managed to bring it in and repair it before closing and get us on our way. Long time at shop but job well done Alyssa did everything she could to get my car fixed . Parts had to be ordered twice and my car was in the shop for nearly three weeks.
