Cassie has an amazing attention for the smallest details. I am always so impressed with the high standard of detailing she does to my vehicle. The staff at Grande Prairie Hyundai are wonderful to deal with. Brad our salesman was great as he answered all of my questions and if he didn’t have the answer he found someone that did and would get back to with. Brittany the sales manager was awesome as she hunted down the model and color I was wanting and delivered it in a very timely manner. Kati the financial manager went through everything and made sure we understand the contract. The parts department Lori and her staff were awesome setting up future appointment and installing my mud flaps. The service department Taylor were great as well very easy to deal with. All in all it was a smooth process. Everyone is very friendly and helpful there would highly recommend. More

Amazing service from Dean Smith of Grande Prairie Hyundai. We had a problem with our Hyundai in an area where there are no Hyundai dealers. The closest was Grande Prairie Hyundai. We decided to call them and Dean Smith was the one who took care of us. He contacted Hyundai Canada for us and took excellent care of us even if we weren't from Alberta. We spoke many times for updates, questions and he was always extremely polite and happy to talk to us. We are extremely satisfied with the way Dean took care of our car and the way he was always there to help us. We recommend Grande Prairie Hyundai without hesitation specially because of Dean Smith, an exceptional employee. Thank you. More

The sales manager Brittany also made herself available every step of the way, and supported her team with high level customer interfacing and a very welcome energy. Was my worst experience I have ever have I took there my Hyundai 2011 Santa Fe for service and I told them that some time ( not every time )when I start my vehicle I can hear a noise. I I took there my Hyundai 2011 Santa Fe for service and I told them that some time ( not every time )when I start my vehicle I can hear a noise. I told them the noise may come from the radiator fan. So I asked them to check and fix it and check if there are others mechanical problems which need my attention ( kind of mechanical inspection). . After a couple hours they called me back and informed me that the blower motor was the cause of the noise and need to be changed immediately! They had to change front brake pad and cabinet air filter else. For that service they charged me 909C$ ( parts and service plus what they called office fees ). After paying the fees and having my key back, I started the car to realize the same noise was still on!! The service manage I asked why was that, promise me to do something next day when he technician will be back on service. But next day I called them three time until my self I decide to go see what was going on and realized they didn't even touch it !!! When he so me he tried to justifies his service technician saying that just because I said the noisy was probably coming from the fan ( radiator fan ) I confused them !!!!! I asked why then they changed my blower motor if was not the problem, and he couldn't explain me clearly why ? ... After long discussion in his office, he ( the service manager) admitted it was probably a mistake to change my blower motor ( he decide to refund the money for the part but not for service and he asked me to wait 1hour the time the took the blower motor out and put back the older one! , so they took it back and refunded me 163 C$. The service they did for 909$-163$, It could have cost me just less then 400C$ some where else and take me less than 4 hours of service, So guys before you go to this place for servicing your car, think twice. I lost my money , my time and my car was not fixed the problem still More
