I have had the pleasure of dealing with Hyundai Service Department on many occasions. The work was always completed adequately and at a reasonable costs. I cant say enough about Ryan and his service team! My car was acting up really bad and had to be towed to the dealership as my local mechanic couldn't run the codes. They spent a week troubleshooting and taking it for test drives to ensure when I came form 2 hours away my car would be in good working condition. They gave me a list of recommended repairs/maintenance and let me know what was priority to have done. They did some repairs while I was on my way to pick it up. Then to top it off, he texted me the next morning to make sure I made it home safely. A big concern is always that service departments are trying to make money off you for unnecessary repairs, but these guys truly instilled confidence and trust with their diligence and communication. 100 percent best Hyundai experience ever. More
They will pretend to be helpful, until It comes time to help with something, then they ignore you. Especially when it's a warranty, they will replace 2/4 tires on an AWD for said warranty, which is against help with something, then they ignore you. Especially when it's a warranty, they will replace 2/4 tires on an AWD for said warranty, which is against the law, because it causes accidents on the ice, furthermore, the tires didn't even fix the original issue, in fact they amplified the shimmy. When they took an actual look at the shimmy in the drive train, in Oct 2021, Ryan Prince told me "it's a driveshaft or axle or something" he also told me "the shimmy isn't that bad, and you'll be fine to drive to powderking this winter" (as I had mentioned I like to snowboard and I wanted the issue dealt with before the snow flew), when you need to find out parts availability, they ignore you for months at a time (this includes the fixed ops manager and the general sales manager), all while harassing you to try and set up a "maintenence appointment" based on milage that I haven't been able to use. I haven't been able to drive my 2019 Hyundai Kona for 4 MONTHS since the accident caused from their illegal repair. They have put my safety at risk, and have made less than minimal effort to rectify their mistakes, I guess it's time to look at taking legal action against their severely unprofessional, and criminally negligent service department. More
