We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your Dealer Rater review, you did not share that experience. That is disappointing to us. I am sorry that you have feel our service department has failed to meet your expectations regarding your vehicle’s oil change. Our Hyundai trained service advisors do their best to efficiently schedule vehicles into the shop to have the required jobs completed. Unfortunately, there are times when things beyond our control can happen that creates delays in getting vehicles into the shop. We do apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. Please note that the price discrepancy on your oil change was for the synthetic oil that you requested. Please be aware that Grande Prairie Hyundai does offer a courtesy shuttle, I do apologize if this was not an option offered to you. Grande Prairie Hyundai strives for 100% customer satisfaction 100% of the time. Once again, I am regretful we did not meet your expectations, it is my hope that we can regain your trust and business.
