Veracruz repair work We had our vehicle brought in on a tow truck, 3 hours before closing on a long week-end, They managed to bring it in and repair it before closing and We had our vehicle brought in on a tow truck, 3 hours before closing on a long week-end, They managed to bring it in and repair it before closing and get us on our way. Long time at shop but job well done Alyssa did everything she could to get my car fixed . Parts had to be ordered twice and my car was in the shop for nearly three weeks. We had been searching for a new car for quite a while and had run into one issue after another and had been unable to find exactly what we were looking for. Within minutes, after explaining to Meaghan what we wanted she showed us a Sonata. It was everything we were looking for and more. We agreed that it was the car we were looking for but it all depended on the financing. As it was well after closing time we left for the evening. The next day we were very excited to receive a call that Brittany was able to secure financing for us even below what we had expected. My credit score isn't the best, so they worked around it and now have me driving the car of my dreams. Not only are the enthusiastic salesmen easy to deal with, but their Service and Parts department are on a next level. Vicky, Lori and Alyssa always remember my name and always make sure I have a shuttle to and from my destinations if my car is booked in. They send me detailed summarys of what is being changed on my vehicle, why it's being changed and how much everything cost. These ladies have incredible knowledge of each vehicle ensure that I understand what's going on with my service.
