Awesome experience. Great experience overall! Went in just to look at some SUVs when Akeem came and got me A couple days of talks with the bank and I went home with a 2 Great experience overall! Was my worst experience I have ever have I took there my Hyundai 2011 Santa Fe for service and I told them that some time ( not every time )when I start my vehicle I can hear a noise. I I took there my Hyundai 2011 Santa Fe for service and I told them that some time ( not every time )when I start my vehicle I can hear a noise. I told them the noise may come from the radiator fan. So I asked them to check and fix it and check if there are others mechanical problems which need my attention ( kind of mechanical inspection). . After a couple hours they called me back and informed me that the blower motor was the cause of the noise and need to be changed immediately! They had to change front brake pad and cabinet air filter else. For that service they charged me 909C$ ( parts and service plus what they called office fees ). After paying the fees and having my key back, I started the car to realize the same noise was still on!! The service manage I asked why was that, promise me to do something next day when he technician will be back on service. But next day I called them three time until my self I decide to go see what was going on and realized they didn't even touch it !!! When he so me he tried to justifies his service technician saying that just because I said the noisy was probably coming from the fan ( radiator fan ) I confused them !!!!! I asked why then they changed my blower motor if was not the problem, and he couldn't explain me clearly why ? ... After long discussion in his office, he ( the service manager) admitted it was probably a mistake to change my blower motor ( he decide to refund the money for the part but not for service and he asked me to wait 1hour the time the took the blower motor out and put back the older one! , so they took it back and refunded me 163 C$. The service they did for 909$-163$, It could have cost me just less then 400C$ some where else and take me less than 4 hours of service, So guys before you go to this place for servicing your car, think twice. I lost my money , my time and my car was not fixed the problem still More

I dealt with Brittany and Andy, both were amazing, Brittany & Andy both helped me along from the very first step to the point I le Fantastic service! I dealt with Brittany and Andy, both were amazing, Brittany & Andy both helped me along from the very first step to the point I left in my new vehicle. Brittany is extremely accommodating and is such a delight to work with. Andy was very knowledgeable and diligent in explaining the vehicle to me and all the features and was fun to deal with. I am not an easy customer either; I tend to get hung-up on things, and like to account for everything. I went into the dealership expecting to do battle and be nickel and dimed for everything. That was not the case, everything was explained to me, and I even got some extras. I was impressed with how stress free dealing with the dealership was and appreciated how far Brittany and Andy went to find the vehicle I wanted. I am still dealing with the dealership on a few little items and they continue to be just as awesome; even after I left the lot! Highly recommended this dealership, and if you want hassle/stress free auto shopping ask for Brittany or Andy! More

Best dealership experience I've had. Kyle and the team were so much help in getting me into a vehicle. I knew I had bad credit when I went in but they were able to get me into something n Kyle and the team were so much help in getting me into a vehicle. I knew I had bad credit when I went in but they were able to get me into something newer then what I was driving before. Even with my crappy credit it took a Max of 3 days to get everything said and done, and today is day 3 and I'm happily driving my new 2012 Kia. Wolill definitely be going in again when I'm ready to get into something else. More
