Even when the dealership building was under construction, with the offices spread out between three or four office trailers, Kyle made the experience enjoyable and smooth. Once we made the decision, even though it was a weekend, financing and pick up was arranged and we were able to drive away the vehicle in no time. Kyle stayed in touch with us for four months answering questions over email and phone. During test drives he explained in detail the difference between different models and variants helping us to pick a vehicle that met our needs optimally. I am certain there were other people involved in the process but for us Kyle managed everything. When we were ready to sign, Kati Carlson had all the paper work ready and we were out within an hour. Within that time, she explained various coverage, warranty and options included in the financing. We went to the dealership due to a referral from a friend and she received a referral bonus within a week. We will wholeheartedly recommend the the dealership and Kyle to anyone who is considering a vehicle. More
