This is my third time purchasing a vehicle from GP Hyundai. I had previously owned a GMC Terrain but always found myself wanting to go back to a Hyundai. I have dealt with Kyla Farquhar all 3 times an Hyundai. I had previously owned a GMC Terrain but always found myself wanting to go back to a Hyundai. I have dealt with Kyla Farquhar all 3 times and he has been amazing to deal with. He knew exactly what we were looking for and the type of vehicle that met our needs each and every single time. My wife and I went in to look at a new vehicle, and met a very nice salesman . He was really good . The deal started to fall apart when we were moved to the sales management team. They didn’t want to listen very nice salesman . He was really good . The deal started to fall apart when we were moved to the sales management team. They didn’t want to listen to us , it was really frustrating. We walked out not finding a price that would work for us. A couple days later I get a call saying they have a price that I wouldn’t be able to refuse . It was the exact same price the offered while I was there . Then I receive an email a couple months after offering an extra $1000 off the price . I email her back with the concerns we had , and she just didn’t offer a response . It’s too bad , we would’ve loved to make a deal locally but after this service we’ll be driving to Edmonton More
