We were looking for a gently used vehicle for some time, had visited several other dealerships, and based on reviews we had seen lately, decided to visit the Hyundai dealership. They let us know the dealership had found condensation in a rear taillight which we had not seen and scheduled a date for repair. We found the vehicle buying experience to be very stress free. The salesman , sales manager and finance manager were very helpful in finding the right vehicle for us for the price we wanted to pay. The finance manager explained all the warranty's and insurance packages clearly and was not pushy when it came to deciding what we wanted to add. We had an issue when we took our vehicle in for a regular service but the service department handled it very professionally and quickly to our satisfaction. I had purchased the Veracruz in 2007 and I have never had a bad experience with this dealer ship so I wanted to stay with them. I was greeted at the door by this sweet young lady Chantelle. I came at her with my story and said I was looking to purchase a new Veracruz because if it had to be changed to just my name I wanted to see what I could get. Chantelle and Marshall said they were not making the Veracruz anymore, so Chantelle took me straight to the Sante-fa Sport to look at. We went for a little test drive and all my questions were answered. She was very knowledgeable in the vehicle details. What I like the best about this hole experience with Chantelle is that if she was unsure of anything she was confident in the fact that maybe she didn't know the answer but she was willing to go and find out. We had a great time talking about the vehicle and other things which made it all seem flawless. I must say that the entire staff at this dealer are all great, and I would recommend them to all my friends if they were looking to purchase. When I Brought My Friend In to Pick up his new Hyundai I had no intention of buying a vehicle. I was looking for a vehicle but I didn't expect this dealer to have what I wanted so I didn't even ask. I was driving through Grande Prairie Hyundai to see what stalk they had because I wanted to down size from my truck and save some money. I had contacted the dealership through email to "inquire" about looking at a possible trade-in on my 2011 Sante Fe - as I was looking at downsizing to the Tucson... Within that same day I was contacted by Chantelle by email - and was interested in setting up an appointment to review my options for the trade in.. We set the appointment date - I took the Tucson for a test drive - and was definitely interested in making a deal .. We went back to the show-room where I had discussed vehicle options with both Marshall - and Chantelle ( preference of color,, details & vehicle features that were important to me as a driver,, trade-in allowance & new finance options ) - after confirming that there was a vehicle that was what I was interested in & it could be shipped here to GP,, financing terms were within my budget - I was definitely I was committed to the purchase .... This has been the second vehicle that I have purchased through GP Hyundai - and the great sales staff ( Chantelle,Marshall,,Will,, & Corey ) have continued to prove why they are the best at what they do - and I would definitely refer all of the team there to my friends / family for them to experieince the same exceptional service that I continue to receive ..
