The dealership had a great energy and the staff was a pleasure to deal with. I was only in the shop to take a look and price some things out for the summer when i have more money saved up. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer, and even though I was just looking at the time she gave me her full attention. I had emailed GP Auto Group to inquire about finance requirements, and Tony had responded right away. He asked what I was looking for etc. I was a first time buyer, and he worked hard to get me recogniz requirements, and Tony had responded right away. I went to location to test drive the unit, which is when I met the very friendly staff. Jenna came along for a test drive and I was quite impressed. That night I had received a phone call that I could take the car home that night. I went back to location, and did all the paperwork with Will, who explained it all very thoroughly, as it was my first time, and all three of them stayed late to make sure I received all the information I needed in order to leave with my car. Jenna went to the registration office for me the next day, while I was at work, and set that up for me. Tony and Will STILL check up on me to make sure everything is going great. I would recommend this team of amazing people to anyone looking to buy a car, especially if it is a first time buy! I am so appreciative to them all. More

Buying a car can be worrisome for a woman coming in with no backup or knowledge about cars. I had been to a few car lots prior with no luck of a purchase for a number of reasons. When I came here I immediately felt welcome, comfortable, and confident with the company of Tony and his knowledge of his product. He took the time to ask what I was looking for and even brought up things that I had'nt considered, not to "up sell" me but to ensure I had thought everything through based on my lifestyle and needs discussed at the start of our appt and so I would be happy with my purchase. I was there for about an hour and at no point did Tony make me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. After all the time he spent with me, I went for lunch to consider my options and it all boiled down to the fact he gave me honest answers to direct questions without stumbling with his answers and only showed me vehicles I could afford. This is our third Sonata fromGP Hyundai. We started talking new car in Nov. 2012. We had our own ups and downs, then made a decision to get a 2013 Sonata fully loaded. We wanted all the bells and whistles, because it might be our last car(unless you come out with a truck). The response we got from Jenna and Marshal was very well received. The arrangements were made for us to get a red vehicle, we only had to wait 1 week and we were in GP. Everything went smoothly from there and everyone was very helpful and good to us. There were no complications and Jenna was first rate. She took us through everything with flying colors. We are back today to get what wasn't available before and we are quite pleased. Jenna got us a vehicle to use while the remote starter gets installed and a blemish is fixed. We have recommended for the last 5 years to anyone who will listen that Hyundai is the place to go for a new or used vehicle. We still stand by that, even though our last car was a downgrade from our first one. Jenna is an exceptional saleswoman as well as very pleasant and helpful. Although the staff all seem to be quite friendly, the customer service is not what one would expect. I purchased a brand new vehicle, and went to the dealership to get my regular maintenance done. I am an out of town customer, and when they found my break fluid to be dirty, they did not mention this while I was there. They should have called me, explained the situation and asked if I wanted it changed, instead of sending me an e-mail about it a week later. I also find that the high staff turn over makes it hard to have any issues addressed properly. Each time someone deals with me, when I ask for that person again they are no longer part of the company; and with messages not being passed on properly by departing employees it makes it quite hard for the company to make the follow through happen in regards to dealing with concerns.
