Kerry did a fantastic job explaining available products and dollars and cents, and both she and Cordell went above and beyond what was neccessary; I very much appreciate how much they did to put me at ease - this was the first car I had ever bought flying solo, and I never thought it could possibly go as smoothly as it did.
