At A Loss For Words - Amanda When I first called Hyundai for a car, I had just gotten my new job, and Jenna did everything she could to try and get me into a car. So, when I was ready, I emailed her, and she directed me to Melody. Melody (in fact the whole team there) was just so wonderful to work with. Once I had all my paperwork in, i was expecting to have to wait a bit, but its been less than a week and I'm now in my new to me car! I couldn't have asked for something better. They kept me within my budget and I got an AMAZING deal from them! I was so excited the night before I went in to pick it up, and I had actually had a bad day at work, but when i stepped into the office with Kerry, she had me laughing, grinning from ear to ear, and even crying (the good tears). They made this so simple for me, handled my barrage of questions throughout the whole process amazingly, they always responded to my calls and emails as soon as they could! She stayed hours late to help me. Along with her amazing customer service and great attitude, she also did an excellent job. She seems to have known more about insuring a car from out of province than the people at my local insurance agency. Her end of the paperwork was absolutely without a flaw. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will definitely be a returning customer. More
