Terrible service We took our 2006 Santa Fe in on a flat deck because it had died on the side of the road and would not start. We where told that they would take 1/2 an We took our 2006 Santa Fe in on a flat deck because it had died on the side of the road and would not start. We where told that they would take 1/2 an hour to try and diagnose it and if they needed more time they would call and let us know. When we got the diagnosis for it, it had everything that was wrong with the vehicle from crack in the windshield to shocks but not what the engine problem was and charged us three times more, when I went to talk to them about it they told me we couldn't have thought that it would only take half an hour to diagnose a problem like that and we had to pay the bill, when I asked to talk to the manager he was not in and would get back to me. It has been two weeks and we have not heard from him. Although we did work with Meaghan as we where going to look at trading our vehicle in and she was great but after what happened with the service department and how we where treated we decided to go else where. We also received phone call survey from Hyundai when I told them I was in debt about our bill they promptly told me they where sorry and hung up. All in all very unimpressed, glad we got rid of our Hyundai and now own a chevy who have been fabulous from the trade in for our none working hyundai to getting us into a great new vehicle. More

K. Villeneuve, Happy to be back drivng a Hyundai! My 2008 Elantra was in an accident in April 2014. I purchased another car elsewhere but was not happy. It had all the bells and whistles and luxurie My 2008 Elantra was in an accident in April 2014. I purchased another car elsewhere but was not happy. It had all the bells and whistles and luxuries but it wasn't for me. Finally, a week ago I got a new 2015 Hyundai Elantra and have been smiling ever since. As Melody was not available that day, another sales person helped me out. The only negative is that he did not give me an Elantra Booklet where I could see the specifications for each model. Had I known that the model I purchased did not have a back-up camera, I would have purchased one model up to get this feature. However I love my car and am so pleased to be back driving a Hyundai! More

Santa Fe Sport I've had my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.4L AWD for 4 days and all I have to say is I'm very happy with it, its such a smooth and nice ride. The powe I've had my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.4L AWD for 4 days and all I have to say is I'm very happy with it, its such a smooth and nice ride. The power is adequate, it's comfortable, quiet, and is sleek inside and out. Plenty of room for my family and storage space. This is something that I will continue to drive for the rest of my life. I also have to add the team at Grande Prairie Hyundai are amazing, its nice walking into a place where the workers are full of smiles, along with great service. More
