Dishonour to warranty & disreaspect to customers i am giving this rating out because my car has been in and out of the shop many times since I bought it three months ago. I have had ecu issues causin i am giving this rating out because my car has been in and out of the shop many times since I bought it three months ago. I have had ecu issues causing running problems and my main issue being the manual transmission in my car. I am on the second transmission now with only 11,000 Kms on the car and still needs attention. Hyundai keeps feeding me the story how everything I experience is 'normal'. So a normal Hyundai vehicle to expect would be, a sports car that doesn't behave how one should or even how the brochure makes it out to be. And a transmission that clunks and grinds worse than really old semi trucks I drive. But remember this is all normal. The brochure reads out how the genesis coupe has a newly designed transmission that's smooth up or down through the gears. Well I've yet to experience this rare occurance. The tech dealing with my car wouldn't look into anything further than his IPad so I tried doing my own research being mechanically inclined and he laughed in my face when trying to figure out any possibilities for cause of these issues. And now I'm being charged diagnostic fees because they 'cannot find anything wrong'. But when I review the 20 minutes of video off my GoPro camera I can hear the tech driving the car extremely pitifully as if he is trying to prevent reoccurrences of my issues. And when I question this driving I get back peddling and told I'm not allowed to ask this tech any questions. So now I'm having to waste for of my time to come in to speak with the managers and probably get nowhere yet again.i will never buy another Hyundai or deal with this 'Auto Group' ever again, needless to say. This was my first new vehicle experience and it has been a train wreck since day one. More

You can climb that mountain yourself, facing the mountainous challenges, likely failing or better yet ensure you have your trustee Sherpa (guides of Mount Everest) in our case, Cordell, who has the experience, trust, strength, loyalty, and determination to guide you up that mountain (purchase decision) to achieve the greatest feat all "mountain climbers" seek to obtain a (brand new car). (Experience) Cordell knew an immense amount about the Elantra, answering all questions we had and even answering the ones I didn't even think to ask. (Trust) He was always there every step of the way, neither pushing us too much or not keeping in contact at all. Just like any great Sherpa, every time I looked behind me, Cordell was there to provide consistent, crucial support (strength). He promised us that he would give us the best deal and was backed up by Will Mears, a member of his team of Sherpas (loyalty), and he promised us that his team,was our team too! Cordell never wavered, even when we entertained other competition, he stayed true, behind his product, unwavering that every other mountain (car dealership) is just that, a mountain...because there is only one highest mountain in the world we all strive to climb, Mount Everest (Grande Prairie Hyundai). I said an suv and that we were just starting to look so we were not buying today. Long story short he was excellent at his job and we agreed to a test drive and liked the Santafae but did not make it easy on him we wanted a red one and they never had one there so they went to work and found us one. Needless to say we now own a red Santafea. More

Cordell made a promise he would get closer to what I was looking for and was able to follow through. Cordell provides awesome customer service and he made my experience buying a new vehicle super fun and easy. He worked hard to make sure my expectations were met throughout the process. He genuinely works for his sales but keeps customer satisfaction as his top priority =) More

Along comes Will Mears and his te We were in the market for a new vehicle. Had been ignored by another dealership here and we were getting frustrated. Along comes Will Mears and his team at Hyundai! Not only did they get us something great for our family, but they all fought tooth and nail to get it for us. They took all the stress and hassle out of purchasing a vehicle for us. They even went as far as taking care of switching over our insurance for us. They had everything ready for us as well, no waiting around or the hassle of having to run around to get things done. A huge shout out to all the members there, but specifically Megan Odegard, Ryan Chapman and the incredible Will Mears.
