She is no doubt an asset to your service department, she has the type of personality that made me feel comfortable in an environment that I am not that comfortable. I look forward to seeing her in a few weeks when I stop by for an oil change. My first visit to this dealership was a few weeks ago, I was a walk in customer with a completely non-functioning radio/touch screen. I was really scared I was going to be told make an appointment and come back. But thats not the response I got. Dwayne asked me to pull my truck in and within 5 minutes of me shutting off the truck everything was up and running perfectly!!! I am new to Grande Prairie and one thing that I have noticed while out shopping (at any kind of store) is that GP is lacking customer service. I can honestly say that Grande Prairie Chrysler Jeep Dodge Service Department has the best customer service I have found in GP so far! More

Great Overall Experience I came in when my vehicle was shaking whenever I applied the brakes on my vehicle. When I came in, Carmen seemed to know exactly what I was talking about as soon as I had mentioned the issue. She was very pleasant and made the intake of my vehicle very painless. Once they had fully diagnosed the issue she was quick to let me know what was going on and sure enough, it was the rotors as she had explained. I very much appreciated how thorough she was in explaining the process that was recommended for my vehicle. She called me as soon as it was done and I was out in just a few minutes when I came to pick up my vehicle at the end of the day. I will definitely look for Carmen next time I have vehicle issues and would definitely recommend her help to my friends and family! More
