Thank you Don I have had a few oil changes done here while i still had their VIP service card, always great fast service. When that ran out, I took care of all the services on my own since I am a red seal journeyman technician. A few years ago though, had them install command start in my truck, made an appointment for Saturday, where my truck sat all day and never made it into the shop. I was not happy. Brought it back Sunday, Don made sure that i got the install done quick. Skip a head a few years, brought my truck back in for a set of tires and a few warranty repairs. Don again took care of getting by truck done, got the exhaust leak at the manifold fixed and the right hand oil seal on the front axle replaced. they took care of the left hand oil seal, u-joints, and pinion seal as well while it was there. Well, my truck lasted about 10 km after leaving the shop before the front axle piled up from pinion bearing failure. Was able to limp the truck back to GP Chrysler where I dealt with Danielle, she was able to get me into a loaner vehicle. Truck was quickly diagnosed and parts ordered, too bad parts were out of the states. Chrysler pays for a rental for warranty, and between Don and Danielle, I was quickly put into a rental at the air port due to my schedule. At the airport, Enterprise completely let me down and left me stranded. Don stepped in and picked me up after hours to make sure I was not stranded. I was put in a rental the next day from the awesome Enterprise team in town. After 2 weeks of being in a rental, my truck was finally done. Umm not quite, the alignment done after replacing the front axle wasn't done quite right and left me with a crooked steering wheel. So around the block and back to the shop. Don once again took care of the issues. Man that guy is a hero to GP Chrysler. His level of service and professionalism is amazing. The quality of work i have recently had done is not quite what you would want to expect from a dealer, but the rest of the team i got to work with left me satisfied when the entire job was all said and done. I'm sure I'll be back and just hope i get to work with Don again and have better luck with repairs. Thank you Don, for all of the help you have been, It is definitely greatly appreciated. More

Right off the hop Steve and one of the service guys of whom I can't remember their name sadly(sorry man you were really awesome too) understood right away and even told me other shops to check out to see if they could do it for less. So right out of the gate I was happy and impressed. Afterwards I told Steve I was thinking about getting a newer truck and retiring the old gen 2 until I could get money to make her in to the big beautiful ram she deserves to be. So we sat down and had a chat about what I want in my new truck and what would make me love it. I'm not a bells and whistles kind of guy hence owning the gen 2, so right away he found me a 2014 1500 with almost bare minimum for features which I love. I don't have to learn a bunch of crazy new things or figure out how to move my seat around. Took it for a little drive and I was attempting not to show how happy this truck made me feel... after the drive it was super easy and painless to get through the rest of the application form and 2 days later I got an offer back and jumped on it. Steve is the man I highly recommend him. He isn't all business all the time, I love that. As a guy who did sales and is still attempting to get back in to sales I love honesty. I like the personable sales guys that you can talk to during the interaction. We went for coffee after I got my plate put on and he even helped me get my old truck to her temporary parking spot. If anyone is thinking about going to GP Chrysler to get a new vehicle go see him. He will get you the ride you not only want but the one you deserve. Also Steve. Have fun at G n R on Wednesday buddy.
