Another Warranty Service with Exceptional Service I am always impressed with the service department at GP Chrysler. I have left countless times VERY satisfied with the service I've received. This time I am always impressed with the service department at GP Chrysler. I have left countless times VERY satisfied with the service I've received. This time, I had brought my 2017 Jeep Compass in because of a routine maintenance check as I had just hit 50k kilometers and wanted to do my due diligence. I also had a concern because I was having issues with my infotainment centre. Last but not least, I had smashed my fog light out (my own doing) and therefore wanted to get that replaced. It went in last week, the check was done and minor replacements were needed. They determined I needed to completely replace my radio system, and parts were ordered that day (all under warranty). The fog light parts were ordered as well. In less than a week, I got the call that parts were in and that it could go in for service. This morning they had all the work done in less than 2 hours. Friendly and efficient service, as always! My standards for servicing my vehicle have been set high now because they're so awesome, and I'm NEVER disappointed. Kestyn is super knowledgeable and gets it done! One day I couldn't pick my car up until after my shift was done at 6pm, (they close at 6pm) and Kestyn was very accommodating to allow me to show up shortly after. She handed me my keys and I was on my way! More

Not recommended poor service Only went there for one thing, a simple tire change. Couldn't even get that right, broke a stud in my spacer and is making me pay for it. Horrible service department 2015 power wagon has been in this shop for a combined total of over 90 days in the past 12 months for reoccurring problems that never get resolved. He took the time to go through my prospective vehicle with me and help me understand the mechanical and electronic features, which was important to me before buying. I found the overall atmosphere of this dealership to be great as well. I felt relaxed and I never felt like I was an inconvenience, like I was made to feel at other places when making requests. I ended up walking out with a 2019 wrangler Sahara and got a pretty good trade in value for my car. Hopefully everything goes as smoothly down the road if any issues arise with my Jeep. Will definitely see Tem again when it's time for a new truck. My only issue is I am still waiting for my swag jacket with the fur ;) More

Poor Service from Service department I have given this dealership multiple chances. Usually I only give businesses one chance but I really liked the salesman I dealt with and I kept going I have given this dealership multiple chances. Usually I only give businesses one chance but I really liked the salesman I dealt with and I kept going back for more punishment.. recently I took my vehicle back in for the shifter knob not shifting properly. After it was in for recalls and they did an upgrade on the software it never worked right. They called me a few hours later after taking it in and said nothing is wrong with it and when I got the truck back everything worked perfectly fine. Just seems kind of funny all of a sudden everything was working properly after it went back in but they said they did nothing. On the brighter side day actually didn't charge me for this for once maybe because of the big stink I made in there the time I was in before this. I have emailed them in the past over my issues and unfortunately they did not reply until I left them a review on here. They said they wish I had have come to them first even though I left them three emails over a two-week period. After this last service I sent them another email and once again no reply. The salesman have called me over the past year to try and get me to trade my truck in on something new and to tell me about the sales. They even sent me an email telling me to come in and trade my vehicle. Each one of them I have told my story to and nothing has ever become of it. talking with multiple people around our small city of Grande Prairiemultiple people have had similar experiences like I have had there. Great dealership for buying a vehicle but not for getting service. a lot of them have left and gone across town to the other Dodge dealer. I have heard good and bad things about the other dealership and I guess I will find it for myself as my vehicle is over there as I write this review. I told them my story told them if they want to keep me as a customer I'm going to be expected to be looked after as a customer should and my next step is to go next door to the Ford dealership and buy a new Ford as I've had nothing but good service from them with the wife's Ford escape. So we will see how it goes with norlan Chrysler hopefully things I have heard are true and the service is second to none. I will be updating accordingly More
