Service department scam artists. Took my car in to get some work done. They tell me the rotors need to be replaced. I said ok but it should be under warranty from being replaced 6 mo Took my car in to get some work done. They tell me the rotors need to be replaced. I said ok but it should be under warranty from being replaced 6 months before at a different dealership. They threw the rotors in the garbage before I got there. They did not honour the warranty and I couldn't take the rotors back to the other dealership for inspection. Also, i had my shifting mechanism replaced due to sometimes being hard to shift into drive. I was also having trouble starting the car occasionally. They told me that if I got the shifter fixed it would fix the no start issue. Worked for a year and now I'm having the exact same issue. After getting the shifter replaced it makes a grinding noise when shifting into drive. I noticed the sound as soon as I got into the car to leave the dealership, but I will not be bringing the car back there for any reason, ever. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE! You've been warned. More

Contacted GP Chrysler and not only did they say bring it right in and would at least see what it needed but when it arrived they said they could perform the repair same day. Under promise and over deliver from Kevin Friesen! Kevin and the team repeated my Fiat 500T at record time! I traveled 1800 km to find dealership that would repair my car! Thanks Tony, Brent, Bill and everyone who keeps me going Tony has been looking after my trucks for over 6 years. Anything can happen when working trucks in the environment of the oil patch. I work with Tony Tony has been looking after my trucks for over 6 years. Anything can happen when working trucks in the environment of the oil patch. I work with Tony to schedule my trucks in for service, and when I need immediate attention I know Tony will get me in. Just recently I had a truck break down with drive line issues. I called Tony, he got me in as soon as the truck got there, fixed it and it was out with no down time. Thanks Tony I had trailer brake issues with a truck right before going on holidays. It was a gremlin, Tony got me in, they fixed it and we where on our way with no other issues through our Yukon trip. Thanks GP Chrysler service department for keeping me rolling. More
