A very shady business. Bought a truck in July because my engine was blown and warranty wouldn't cover it. So I trade it in, three months later I get a call to sign over a check to the dealership because the engine was blown and warranty wouldn't cover it. So I trade it in, three months later I get a call to sign over a check to the dealership because they went through my insurance to get it fixed (Even offered to pay for the deductible, how nice). My truck was traded in as was (with the engine needing repair). Between them and my insurance company, it was a back and fourth he said, she said battle. When at the end of the day, both parties were at fault and the only one effected was me. Everything up to signing the papers was fantastic, and ever since then it's been a horrible experience and has turned me away from not only that dealership but Dodge/Ram products in total. Do not recommend to anyone. More

I was on my way from Edmonton to Fort St John when my truck develops a ticking noise. Took it to the dealership because I didn’t know where to go in Grand Prairie. They took my truck and and had it fixed truck develops a ticking noise. Took it to the dealership because I didn’t know where to go in Grand Prairie. They took my truck and and had it fixed by end of the weekend. My most great full thanks to the mechanic that came in on his day off to help me out. Truck runs amazingly now. She purred like a kitten al the way back to Edmonton. Thank you guys for your help when I was stranded. More

This is the 3rd vehicle I've bought at gp chrysler. And there won't be a 4th now. I half debated not buying from them again after my last truck but decided to try again. Top notch genuine guy for sure! but the service department is possibly the worst I've ever come accross. My trucks been sitting in there parking lot for over a month now with only 12,000km on it with no fix date to be had and keep getting the run around by people in the service department. Never again.
