I had the most aggravating experience dealing with Jessika Kasper. My husband clearly expressed his intention of getting finance for an used Chrysler 300. Even from the beginning she didn't pay attention to details ( she was not aware we already sent her scans of my pay stubs, so she asked for them again only to admit a bit later that 'she found them', she 'forgot' my husband told her I don't have a drivers licence, and because the loan she found for us was an immigration loan -me being a recent newcomer- things got more complicated for us, unnecessarily.) Then she calls us and tells us "we got approved" and we should go there with a certified cheque, only to get a call from her a bit later, as we were getting ready to leave, after a trip to the bank, and find out there is a problem with me not having a drivers licence. Then she tells me there is some form that can take care of that but it can't be done until Monday, for some reason. So I take time off work on Monday and we take the one hour and a half trip to GP, only to be ignored for more than 15 mins. When we finally get to sit and talk to her she starts telling us about how she found us financing for this new car. Being confused about what she was talking about (we were there for the used Chrysler 300, and at any point there was no mention of any other car) she tells us we actually weren't approved for the car we wanted. So my husband asked her why didn't she tell us about that. Her reply: because I wanted to get you guys to come here so I can explain your options. We lost money and time thinking we are getting the car we wanted. She blatantly and arrogantly lied to us. Personally I will never buy a car from them, and I will tell everybody I know, on Facebook and other sites, about the crappiest experience I ever had with a sales person. More

This was my first new car. Mike was great in helping me pick out exactly what I wanted and needed. I had come in looking for a new truck. A downgrade from what I currently had. My experience was great, The boys managed to get me into a brand new 2013 dodge 1500 when I didn't think it was possible. They were easy to relate to and deal with. I was able to talk to them about more the a brand new 2013 dodge 1500 when I didn't think it was possible. They were easy to relate to and deal with. I was looking at vehicles online, saw a few trucks I liked. I stopped at my dealership today to make a appointment for some warranty repairs as my truck has 57000 kl on it and would like to have some things done while there is still some warranty left. Last summer for some warranty repairs as my truck has 57000 kl on it and would like to have some things done while there is still some warranty left. Last summer water from the ac drained in the cab flooding the carpet out, ( they could not find source so nothing was done) last winter the air bag lite kept coming on which was not fixed. Today I asked them if they could look at my winter front,( that has cracked from the cold) as well as my window seal that need replace. I was told I would have to book appointment and leave truck there yet again for another day so they could diagnose problem, then when parts are in would have to drop it off for another day so it could be fixed. the winter front has a visible crack and the window rubber is torn there is nothing to diagnose just look at it and if it is warranty order the pieces and call me when they are in. Dont seam to be too difficult to me. I bought a truck for my work I realize that they did not build it but they could surly work with a customer to book an appointment time and save diagnostic troubleshooting for people that have diagnostic needs.
