Kevin MacKenzie is Awesome! My 15 year old Jeep had issues with the steering and brakes. Kevin got it in and repaired quickly under the initial issue.The next day the emergency My 15 year old Jeep had issues with the steering and brakes. Kevin got it in and repaired quickly under the initial issue.The next day the emergency brake ended up seizing on it. I returned to Kevin, while there Rob Evrall, the Supervisor in the quick lube, took off a rear tire trying to release the E-brake, it did not. Kevin booked the Jeep in again and it was repaired, I now have confidence in my brakes and steering. I am grateful for the Professionalism, Knowledge and Fantastic customer service of Kevin and Rob. Sales person was great. They picked me up, test rides it out to the hills and back. Finance guy is a approval Jedi. I couldn’t get approved on my own. They bought my old car and prepaid my insurance for a year as part of the deal. 3 year 60,000km warranty was tossed in. Car a little over my expectations but what they did to get me in a vehicle was remarkable. Credit score of 426, they helped me. I feel like all three I interacted with were great and I usually don’t leave a dealership feeling that way. I’ll post a follow up in three years and hope I’m just as pleased. More
