Amazing service once again I have been to this dealership 3 times in the last year. Once for myself, and twice because I referred two family members. Each time I come in I know I have been to this dealership 3 times in the last year. Once for myself, and twice because I referred two family members. Each time I come in I know that Mike Murphy is exactly who I want to deal with. He is friendly, honest, and genuinely looks out for the customers best interest. This last time I was in there I brought my skeptical brother who wasn't sure what he wanted or if he even wanted to buy from a dealership. I told him to just trust me and sit down with the guys who got me my vehicle, no pressure. Within 10 minutes of being there my brother realized he was in the right place to buy his first vehicle. Mike walked him through every step. He was patient, accommodating, and he has a way of just assuring that you are making the choices, not him. That is a rare thing to find in customer service in Grande Prairie. What was supposed to be an inquiry day turned into my little brother driving away in his very first vehicle and he couldn't have been any happier. Without the amazing services from Mike Murphy, Brett Lauder, and Tim Horcoff he may have continued to be skeptical about buying for the first time. Mike, your courteous, friendly, and honest sales approach is why I, as well as my fiancé will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle.
