He worked very hard to make sure everything went smoothly on our application. We didn't feel wary of him like we usually do around salesmen. He saw us through the entire process and overall is the most pleasant salesman we have ever met. :) We were very impressed with everyone we dealt with at good fellows auto. After we bought the car we realized we didn't have floor mats and a headlight was out. They quickly replaced these with no cost to us, a couple weeks had gone by since we purchased the car.
