BUYER BEWARE! !! Purchased two RV’s from them got screwed over royally and I was lied to about pretty much everything a lot of double talk a lot of smiles and jokin !! Purchased two RV’s from them got screwed over royally and I was lied to about pretty much everything a lot of double talk a lot of smiles and joking and a lot of special package pricing that you end up paying for way over and above the price of the trailer in the long run. I ended up with a second loan from them and they rolled over $45,000 onto my new loan and I ended up paying $93,000 for a $34,000 trailer which had issues and when I confronted them on all of these hidden cost they just told me just go enjoy your trailer and if you return it then you’re gonna get a bad credit rating which I don’t care but they lie to everybody and I’m coming across more people that have dealt with them that said they would never go Back. And also be aware that every trailer dealership has a decoy trailer to bring you in and look at the piece of crap on the lot so that they can sell you something else they’re not there to sell you a trailer they’re there to sell you LOAN! They never want anyone to pay cash outright More

Looked all summer for a trailer that met our specific requirements. Finally found one at GoRV Leduc. We worked with Riley Bentley who answered the many questions we had, even responded to our email que requirements. Finally found one at GoRV Leduc. He worked very hard to make us comfortable with the technical aspects of a trailer manufacturer with whom we weren't familiar. Helped us work through the negotiation phase. They picked up our trade in one day and delivered the new one the next day, free of charge. So far service has responded quickly to the inevitable new trailer quirks -- we'll see how they perform.
