Words can’t describe how great they were and how I appreciate them for all they did. Extremely/Highly recommend Go North Surrey for your vehicle needs. If I could give 10000000 Stars I would. I dealt with Ransen looking to buy a used Chevy Bolt. It had issues--an alignment pull, apparently, and I requested those be resolved before I looked at it. I also indicated that I have had many dishonest interactions with dealerships in the past, and that if he was transparent with me, I'd be a great customer. I planned to have it looked at by a third party, and if his reports checked out, I'd buy it. If he was honest, first, he could save both his and my time and money. He claimed the shop couldn't look at the alignment until the next day, because they were waiting for parts. What parts, I asked, and he answered: A wiper blade! Right. How many times have I heard that? Seriously--get your new wiper blades on before listing the car, and don't waste my time. So I waited until the next day, when he claimed the car was on the hoist and the mechanics said it was an easy alignment and it would be completed shortly. So I booked a pre-purchase inspection. He tried to arrange for me not to attend or view the inspection (again--yeah right!) Of course I attended, and the mechanic instantly found the car still had a pull. It wasn't easily fixable, because it was caused by a frame distortion--likely this car had an unreported collision of some sort. So no go. Not only are we not buying the car, but I now know (also because of the emailed "offers of assistance" from Ransen's coworkers--ie: sales pressure), that Go North Surrey GM is indeed an untrustworthy operation. Ransen even had the gall to ask me to reconsider, to tell me it's impossible it was damaged because it was previously owned by a shop employee, or (when that failed) to consider other vehicles. Save your time and money and skip this dealership. More

My car is a chevrolet traverse 2020 very bad experience to have this car. Customers services and manager are very bad from guildford dealership don't do any service there 2 years ago I went for oil change and they didn't do good job all the oil came out I was running my car with no oilI went there asked to the professional mechanic to see my car because smell like is burning something he said maybe is a plastic bag you can come tomorrow but I was afraid to use my car with that smell I didn't drive to my jobs missed that day and brought my car next day to services and they asked me who did the oil change when they had the record that they were the only dealership who touched my car. Starting bottom broken down 2 times I missed more days in my job then doors had leaks in raining days the water got in the car also in the signal light were not properly installed because water got in too please don't waste your money in this brand name no chevrolet no GMC. These people are thiefs, I bought a car from them a few months back the car value 25k which after my approval got increased to 27 k And then they forced me into buying their other packaged worth 10000 dol months back the car value 25k which after my approval got increased to 27 k And then they forced me into buying their other packaged worth 10000 dollars including a warranty pack of 5 to 10 years which they call pro pack which is nothing just ceramic coating for 3000 dollars I mean seriously 3000 dollars for ceramic coating When i went back to get these cancelled, tess their finance manager stated and these words were her exact words that “we did a favour on your guys to even get you to buy this car and now none of this can be cancelled”. they wanted to loot me for 10000 dollars. At last i was forced to buy their ceramic coating pack worth 3000 dollar and another package worth 2000 dollars. Within 6 months of getting that it is tearing of from the front and side and when i went today to get it inspected they stated that it is a used car if you care so much you should have bought a new year They repeatedly stated that is it a used car. But what i am not able to understand is why the xxxx did you guys wanted to sell me this pro pack worth 5000 dollars on a used car. Ceramic pack was done to protect the paint with a warranty of. 5 to 10 years of which everything tearing off. First the sale was full of discrepancies and now the in their after sale they just don’t care. I would like to request every new car buyer to never go to this dealership they don’t care about putting you in a debt worth 10 to 15 thousand dollars. And by the time you would realise it would be to late. Moreover, i would be sharing my experience on all social media platforms to aware every New buyer like new Imigrants and Students cautious about such a high level of fraudness, Deception , Disrespectfulness, and Humiliation which i faced from Manager Chory, Blake, Tess. Lastly i would like to call out all the people who have suffered from similar experience and have realised later or now that such fraud has happened with them. I would be happy to collaborate with them and file a legal petition in consumer court and any other legal institution for this unfairness, Racism and humiliation. Went to North Surrey GM to look at a used truck. Asking $28k, bluebook value of 24 - 26k. I suggest 26k. I had some questions about the financing involving interest rates and the price breakdown for a 4 year term. They brought out a "finance director" who advised me that they were not able to show me anything except the monthly payment price. I said I needed to see what I was signing up for before moving any further. They told me "not to worry about it". They made me fill out a form with my information and told me it was a soft credit check. Next thing you know, they pull me in the back and somebody is preparing the purchase agreement (for the asking price, not my offer) and was very confused when I said I was just trying to get more information. Third employee comes in and agressivley asks why I won't sign the deal. I explain I was offered 24 hours with a refundable deposit and he tells me that is no longer available. After a very uncomfortable conversation in which he is trying to make me feel bad suggesting "they would be losing money on this deal" and "we only make $200 on each sale", we agree this isnt working out. I leave, followed up by a text from Corey Baryer, asking how my experience was. I give him the story and my very reasonable offer for the truck and he suggests "they will have a second look". After stringing me along for another 24 hours, and trying to put me in contact with more sales associates, he finally tells they cannot accept my deal. Overall, they wasted about 10 hours of my time when I was very upfront about what I wanted. I would not recommend this dealer and I guarantee I won't be going back. More
