You wont need to worry about how to get home with your vehicle has to stay in the shop, they will Uber you home as complementary, even you didn’t know and paid for your commute home, they will reimburse it, small amount but big impressive. Then I discov Marium in finance, awful. Post purchase follow up from GM Shafiq; reasonable, and truly seemed interested in quality customer service. Then I discover Marium never filed my warranty paperwork meaning I had to go out of pocket for 100% of a repair. Shafiq said he would investigate and “expedite it”, blaming FCPP. Lo and behold GoNorth GM didn’t file anything until the day after my complaint, almost 2mos after the vehicle purchase. I previously reviewed stating I would purchase there again as the response after missteps were handled well. But now they have shown themselves to be reactionary and lacking care, I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. More

The financing department is the worst to deal with. Marium did not communicate in a timely fashion and it took almost 3 weeks to payout previous loan company resulting in having to make extra payment o Marium did not communicate in a timely fashion and it took almost 3 weeks to payout previous loan company resulting in having to make extra payment on vehicle I no longer owned and more $$ because payout was revived after the end date of letter. Used excuses such as the payout was declined by bank, and because she was off for few days. No one else was assigned to file to ensure efficient handling of time sensitive documents. Will never be taking any vehicle there ever again. Stay away if you can!! More
