The female service writer told me that it was the way the transmission shifts. She tried to use real technical words but as a journeyman mechanic I saw right through it. I asked for documentation on what she was saying and when I went to pick up the truck, she came up with a different excuse. 3. I had purchased a bunch of items from Costco the night before and put it all in the back seat and put a tarp over it all so you could not see what was there. When I picked up the truck, the items were partially uncovered. STAY AWAY, GO ELSEWHERE More
