Not very happy with the service. Very disorganized, Overcharged, and requested shuttle service because I had other appointments that day and they picked me up when the work was not d Very disorganized, Overcharged, and requested shuttle service because I had other appointments that day and they picked me up when the work was not done and I had to wait over an hr at the dealership and cancel my other appointment. There was no car wash or vacuum done and I was told I would get a free detail instead but never received it. When I seen I was overcharged and contacted them. They told me they would refund and it would show on my statement in few days. I contacted them numerous times and they ignored my emails then weeks later I received a response and they processed my refund. Overall would not go again or refer unless it was absolutely necessary.
