Great Group of People! This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. So far my son has bought from them and had pointed my mother in their direction when she was looking for a vehicle. I went along with her so she wouldn’t get taken advantage of her, but when I witnessed how they treated her and took care of her, I knew that when it was my turn to buy another vehicle I was going to try them out for myself, and I was not disappointed. They got me into the car I had dreamed of for years, no pressure, two hours after I pulled into the lot I had the keys to my challenger. Thank you to Derek, Drew, and Reuben for making it a pleasant and fun experience. I highly recommend Go Dodge for anyone looking for a vehicle. SO BAD, I will NEVER buy from any dealership AGAIN!!! They LIE and try to get away with as much as They can! I don't know how to sum up my recent 2 month long experience with this dealership in less than They LIE and try to get away with as much as They can! I don't know how to sum up my recent 2 month long experience with this dealership in less than a 3 page essay...so quickly and as point form as possible..1. They sold us a vehicle with electrical issues that showed up one week After purchase..2. After 3 trips in to the city to fix it and nothing being fixed, we just wanted to be done with it..so we talked on the phone and arranged a time to look at other vehicles and were told we could exchange it, we were lead to believe this would be a simple in and out because we were sold a faulty vehicle.. After we found a different vehicle they came at us with a price they were willing to buy this faulty vehicle back for ( at the 5 week of owning point and it being in the shop most of the time) $4000.00 less than we paid 5 weeks previous.!what?!!! UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!! They eventually brought it up, but only to raise the price of the new vehicle admittingly...so really they did not!!!!3. After realizing this current vehicle would not be our safest option we agreed to a ridiculous deal on the vehicle we test drove..and After all terms were settled..we got a call saying the new vehicle we decided on was being sent away to another dealership...which I believe it did not...(as we ended up with this vehicle in the end anyway a week later last minute from their dealership)....4...after that we just went through vehicle after vehicle inquiring about purchasing and them saying "no that one wont work because..." and they refused to bring in something similiar from other goauto dealerships, (even though at the beginning of this experience they gave that as an option), I am fairly confident they were trying really hard not to take this 2014 Orlando vehicle back (as they couldn't seem to figure out what was wrong with it), And were maybe trying to get us to the 3 month mark were they would be able to say sorry the 3 month period is over!!!Honestly they screwed us over soo bad we wont be buying from any dealership again..It was such a bad experience!!!! I will say that the service department were good to deal with though:) The sales department is ridiculous especially the sales manager! And the goauto group itself is questionable, (as I called the head department and they basically told me thats too bad this is happening to you but we can't do anything about it!!!) More

Conveniently right at the one month mark, my engine starts ticking terribly. I took it in to be addressed and was told it was the cam shaft. They called me the next day to tell me I had no warrenty on the truck and am now expected to pay for the engine tear down and repair. More

I can't believe I went back more than once! Northwest was an amazing dealership with a great service department. When they changed ti Go Dodge our first few service experiences were bad but w Northwest was an amazing dealership with a great service department. When they changed ti Go Dodge our first few service experiences were bad but we figured they were just getting sorted out. After multiple visits and terrible screw ups I am shocked to see a single vehicle in that service department! They told us they were trying to look into what happened but we never got any answers. Their rates are insane and their incompetence unbelievable, and now pre authorize $450 for a technician to diagnose 2 problems? I checked with 3 other Dodge dealerships and they all agreed that is ridiculous. I just feel like and idiot for bothering to give them another chance after they screwed up my transmission service so badly. I will be making the drive to Lacombe when I need a dealership from now on. More
