*Avoid at all costs* The finance guy named Rome is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Do not trust him. They know how to exploit a person yet make you feel good about it while it happens. It’s not about you getting a good deal, it’s them getting all the money they can out of you. The manager Cody told me in text “no magic numbers hidden” when I asked about their pricing. Well, it may not be magic but they know the art of deceiving and playing into naivety. They will have you paying for things you weren’t even aware were a part of the deal such as ETCHING fees. If you aren’t asking questions, you won’t be getting adequate explanations. Rome will dazzle you with details and rush into signing the contracts. The best part is for the add ons they sneak in such as etching and ceramic windshield? They have no proof they did it, even with polite requests. I’m taking them to small claims because they refuse to prove they even gave me the services I stupidly paid for. They should be refunding me immediately. If you bought those add ons from this dealership recently I urge you to demand proof of said services. Check you BOS as well and if there’s something there that is titled “security registration fee” call the consumer protection office immediately. You are entitled to requesting the money back for 15 months after purchase. On top of all this, turns out the car barely passed a safety and it has 1500 in repairs waiting for me right around the corner. This is clearly something they knew but pretended not to. In summary, these guys are ready to take you for all you have regardless if you mention “I have no money for these things”. The response is “better rates and a discount just for you” and explained in a way that feels reasonable. But it’s not. They just want your money and have tactics to get it. They will withhold details in a dishonest way, they will bread crumb you just enough details to make the deal sound good. They will call you brother and make you feel befriended… Next thing you know your car listing price is several thousand dollars over advertisement. I purchased a used vehicle from them in June/22. The sales rep seemed clueless though- He didn't know how to operate any of the features(vented seats, sunroof, etc), and wasn't even sure if it was safetied yet. It turned out the sunroof was broken, so they agreed to fix as a condition of the sale, which we agreed to. Normally these red flags would push me to look somewhere else, but it's a tough market these days. We were promised the vehicle would be ready to go in 2 days, but had to wait over a week for it. I wasn't able to get a straight answer from them as to when we could get it. I'm also still waiting for the sunroof to be fixed, and I bought it mid-June. Apparently the sales guy didn't advise the service department about the situation. Nobody will answer my calls(finance, sales, service), or reply to the various voicemails I've left with different employees. Bizarre...Seems like training isn't a top priority over there. UPDATE: The sunroof finally got fixed in Sept/22, but there is now an issue with the sunshade component. The original was replaced with something completely different. It looks like a projector screen! You can see the screws and tracks of the sunroof, where the old one was flush with the interior walls. Told Service about it, and I am still waiting to hear from them 3 weeks later. Awful staff! I also had to pay for the insurance for a rental car when they took it in for 5 weeks(?) to get the sunroof replaced. They agreed to reimburse me for the rental car insurance, and again, haven't received anything. About as incompetent as it gets! I've dealt with Dan in Sales and Tom in Service - stay away from them if you can. Or just avoid the whole place to be safe. More

Very bad experience actually I had Audi A4 purchased in the last year so I was having co-signer in the car when I asked them to remove that person from my car, when everything was done I came to know that the last year so I was having co-signer in the car when I asked them to remove that person from my car, when everything was done I came to know that I have to pay $4000 tax again why I have to pay tax twice for the same car which I was having. I didn’t buy new car then why I have to pay tax again for the same car. I will never recommend anyone to buy car from your Auto hays. Me and family is very disappointed from this………. More
