My wife and I traded in our 2 vehicles for a single vehicle. We first met with Abdul Memon Sales Consultant. He was outstanding. Very pleasant , easy to talk to and he listened to our needs. Took us for a test run in the new Taos 2024., explaining all the features. We both took turns driving . We found it was really nice to drive and suited our needs. Abdul was very easy to deal with. Discussed options with our trade ins. Sales Manager Riley was helpful too . The transaction was very easy going. We thought we got a fair deal. After purchasing the Taos Abdul saw us several times to show us some features we did not know how to use. He and Riley were helpful in insuring we got the right tires we asked for as the service department put on the wrong ones. All in all we found it a pleasant experience . I, like most people dread buying a new car , but we found there was no pressure at all , and Abdul and Riley went along with most of our requests. More
Make sure you ask for paperwork. Whatever they saying most likely won't happen. Vehicle came with set of spare tires that they obviously tried not to give it to us. Terrible experience simply trying to get an oil change done. Booked a service appointment for 9:00 am for an oil change as I would need the car in the afternoon. At 11:30 am, I called in to check on t done. Booked a service appointment for 9:00 am for an oil change as I would need the car in the afternoon. At 11:30 am, I called in to check on the status and was told the car was still waiting in the "queue" and had not even been started yet, also no time was given as to when it would be brought in. Asked for the service to be canceled and was told a manager would reach out about it right away (never happened). When I picked up the car all I was told was sorry and was asked if I would rebook the appointment. Not sure what the point is of offering service appointment times if you are not going to even remotely follow them and if for some reason you are behind why there is no notification to the customer that their service will take longer then expected before dropping the vehicle off. Clearly more focus on making money then customer service More
