He was friendly and enthusiastic on the phone, as well as in person. He managed the test drive very well also. Matt was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the Golf R. It was due in part to Matt's willingness to take so much time to deal with me and answer my questions that I decided to go ahead and purchase the Golf R. Matt went well out of his way to help me, and I would recommend Matt at Auto Haus VW to anyone who is looking to spend their hard earned money on a new VW. More

The dealership was very well laid out and clean with very professional sales people. I want to specially mention Adam McDonald who helped me to find the EXACT car I was looking for. The day I purchased my car Adam McDonald and his Sales Manager Cody Wood were nothing short of polite, professional and very easy going. The negotiation was one of the smoothest I have ever had which was due to both Adam and Cody’s very relaxed approach. I must mention Daniel Ribeiro, the Finance Manager as well because he was equally relaxed with his informative and concise way of operating. He had some great stories as well to make filling out all the paperwork interesting. So, by the time I had finished filling out all the paper work and getting my insurance the dealership had the car all prepped, cleaned and ready to drive away. I had never had a car buying experience where I was able to both purchase and drive away the car I wanted in the same day let alone under an hour later. Simple amazing. Therefore, I wish to highly recommend Knight Auto Haus Volkswagen and Adam McDonald for all his hard work helping me find the exact car that I was looking for. As well as Cody Wood and Daniel Ribeiro for helping to make my buying experience one of the best I have had to date. More

Easy buying experience Matt was easy to deal with. I actually bought an E-Golf and had it shipped from Winnipeg to Alberta as they are so hard to get here. I found the car o Matt was easy to deal with. I actually bought an E-Golf and had it shipped from Winnipeg to Alberta as they are so hard to get here. I found the car on autotrader and was talking to Matt within minutes. He was very positive and willing to have the car shipped. The whole deal was done over the phone, email and texts. Matt kept me updated on the process (wiring money and shipping) throughout. When the shipping was taking longer than we expected, he was good to give me updates. He was able to get answers back to me promptly. Much quicker and more helpful than any other sales person I've dealt with at a car dealership. More

Matt and his coworkers were very accomdating especially when completing the final purchase and pickup with a two-year old in tow. **After service customer care***Vehicle buying experience. ****Where to begin. I am changing my review because of how my wife and I have been treated after the sale. We purchased our vehicle with an agreement ****Where to begin. I am changing my review because of how my wife and I have been treated after the sale. We purchased our vehicle with an agreement that a car starter was included in the monthly payment we signed for at time of purchase. The vehicle was delivered personally by matt and he had informed me in person that the car starter would be installed later this year around fall at not extra cost. We agreed to wait because #1 we were told too by the trusty salesperson we thought we were dealing with and #2 it was summer time and we had no need for the car starter yet. After numerous back and forth emails we found out the car starter was never added to our agreement even we signed the papers stating it was. Also I have numerous emails from matt stating the car starter was included and would be installed later this year with no extra cost to us. I had informed matt this was not acceptable and would be pursuing further action with BBB and the customer protection agency for help. The dealership finally agreed to give the car starter with install at no cost however it was my responsibility to purchase an extra key that was necessary for the install for the starter because if I didnt one of my key fobs would be disabled. The cost of the key was $300 and I reluctantly agreed to pay it. I had bad feeling and assumption that there would be additional costs so I asked matt what was the total cost and what was needed to get the key and he informed me through email it would ONLY cost $300. Low and behold when the vehicle was ready for pickup there was a cost of $175 to have the key programmed which was never mentioned when I dropped of the vehicle or any emails that matt sent me. I was upset and had asked a manager to contact me. I got a call not from a manager but matt himself apologizing profusely that he had thought the programming was going to cost $40 (which was never mentioned as well when i asked what would be the total cost. I had asked if he could at least provide me with some free service such as an oil change and he was only focused on that if he did it would be out of his pocket and it wouldnt be fair. I asked him how it fair that I am shelling out close to $500 for something that was supposed to be free. Even he admitted to making the mistakes in the first place. All he gave me was a free detailing. I emailed the gm directly and still haven't gotten a call or email back. So for anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle from this dealership take my advice and go somewhere else where they won't lie to you or RIP you off. **** Our experience dealing with Matt has been great so far. We had brought our kids with us and Matt took the time to make us comfortable during the sales process. He wasn't pushy and did his best to get a good deal on our trade and into our new atlas. The dealership provide us with a courtesy vehicle. Matt personally delivered our brand new atlas directly to our home. More
