This dealership is a complete scam—they only care about taking your money. My mom’s car safety had inaccurate info (500+ km discrepancy), and when I pointed it out—along with other serious issues—management ignored me. They even tried to argue the discrepancy, but their sheer incompetence was obvious. Despite clear documentation, they refused to refund unauthorized repairs, blaming their own employees for not noting my mom’s request. Instead of fixing the actual issue—a known problem covered by GM under warranty—they charged her an outrageous amount for useless work that didn’t solve anything. When I questioned it, Jeremy basically admitted their cars fall apart within 10,000 km. My mom and brother both made the mistake of buying here—I’m just glad I didn’t. This dealership is a disgrace, run by incompetent and dishonest people from top to bottom. Avoid at all costs! More

Steven Portelli was professional and patient with me. Wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted and he helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. Took a few months but he got me a great deal on a 2025 Chevrolet Wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted and he helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. Purchased a 2024 Equinox EV and realized the heat did not work. After having my car for 4 weeks and GM not being able to resolve the issue, The dealer took a brand New 2025 Equinox EV off the lot and allow work. After having my car for 4 weeks and GM not being able to resolve the issue, The dealer took a brand New 2025 Equinox EV off the lot and allowed me to drive that while they tried to figure out what was wrong with my car.
