Issues with my new cars tires! I was so disappointed when I was having issues with my new car and one of the tires. The service team was having a hard time diagnosing the issue and I was so disappointed when I was having issues with my new car and one of the tires. He worked hard to get us what we wanted in a new vehicle - even if it meant walking the lot with us and looking at every single 2017 truck on site! At no point did we feel pressured to sign anything, or add any "extras" to our purchase. The team took the time to explain all options to us in detail and allowed us to make the decision to include or not include. A truly recommendable experience! I heard about Stephen Boisclair through a mutual friend so I decided to call him and make an appointment to come in and look at a few different vehicles. When I arrived Stephen was occupied with another customer therefore I took that time to walk around the lot alone and see what they had. Not one salesman came out to bother me in the 30 minutes I was there. When dealing with Stephen he took my budget and helped me pick out a vehicle that I wanted and not one that would fill his pockets. Stephen was very pleasant and professional. His attitude shows that he truly cares about the customer and his job itself. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and also recommend Stephen to work with. More
