I recently purchased a 2018 Chevy Cruze from Pat at Georgetown Chevrolet. Pat was informative, extremely knowledgeable and made the process seamless from start to finish. This was not an easy task as I have been a very loyal long time Toyota customer – so as you can see -- this was an undertaking to convert me over! I was in a car accident and was having my Toyota repaired and was driving a Chevy Cruze from the rental shop. This was the beginning of a new and lasting relationship with Georgetown Chevrolet and its’ amazing staff. From the moment I walked in the door till the day I picked up my new car it was always a pleasant and fun experience. Kudos to Pat and staff at Georgetown Chevrolet. No service from Serve department On Tuesday morning of this week, I waited in line more than 10 minutes to drop off my keys for service. I was late for work and impatient to leave. My On Tuesday morning of this week, I waited in line more than 10 minutes to drop off my keys for service. I was late for work and impatient to leave. My wife was also waiting outside to drive me to work in her car. So I went outside the service door and filled in the after hours drop box envelope, put in my keys, made sure, what I was doing was being clearly noticed by a service employee standing at the open garage door 10 feet from me. When I returned at 5 pm. My car had not been serviced. My keys still in the drop box. Why the GM employee had not got out my keys or told someone is a mystery to me. Why you have to wait more than 10 minutes to try to drop off keys is a mystery to me. More
