Purchasing a used vehicle Stopped in to look at purchasing a used Grand Caravan. Spoke with Andrew and he showed us a few and helped us get what worked for us. Spent the time listening to what we wanted and what we wanted to spend. Was hesitant in going to a dealership but Andrew was not pushy and did not try to make us buy what we didn't want or need. The van we chose had a few minor exterior dings/scratches which he arranged to have fixed at no extra charge. In my experience Andrew went far and beyond in helping us get what we wanted and made our experience with this dealership very favorable. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle this is the place to go. I cannot comment on the service of the fix-ups that Andrew arranged as I will be dropping the van off tomorrow to have them looked after. Will submit another rating after the work is done. More

Great service work done by Gauthier Dodge Chrysler on Regent Had problems with my 2012 Journey..Battery and all electrics were dead..Talked to Dale Friesen and he instructed me to call Road Side assistance..Auto Had problems with my 2012 Journey..Battery and all electrics were dead..Talked to Dale Friesen and he instructed me to call Road Side assistance..Auto Rescue was sent out for my vehicle and Jason looked after the pick up very well..Took it to Gauthier on Regent and Dale looked after the rest..Got a shuttle home and pick up a few days later..I didn't need a loaner but it was offered..Thank you to Dale Friesen and the service technicians and shuttle drivers at Gauthier Doge on Regent.. Andrew H was my salesman. He helped me find my perfect van. 2014 Town and Country. Mark the finance person also helped me tremendously with the extended insurance something that was not pushed onto me. I asked for it. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Kevin the used sales manager played a huge part as well. I could go on and on. This review took me a while to complete as I purchased my van on January 9. Busy with my large family. Since I’ve had it for just over a month now. My family and I are loving it and some of the wonderful features it has in my van.
