Lots of issues Bought a used car there. Had a journey, and traded it up for a slightly newer one. Finance manager was great to deal with. Took the journey home, and Bought a used car there. The remote start will only work sometimes. The tires leak, and the paint is peeling. I haven't had the car a month yet, and now in order to fix the issues, I have to bring it in, and spend thousands to fix everything. Won't be dealing with gauthier anymore. More

Service department We had a great experience with the sales department but not so much the service department. We booked an appointment on a Saturday which is a half staff day...but we had an appointment....to get a spare tire installed under our Grand Caravan...a 10 minute job. When we dropped it off the gal said it would be about an hour, so we went for a walk, came back and she said it could be another hour, confirmed our phone number and we went for lunch. Called back an hour later and they said it was ready, I said we didn't get a call....it had only been ready 7 minutes but I am glad I called. 2 hours for a 10 minute procedure that we had booked an appointment for in advance. Probably won't be back here for service. More
