I'm here right now. Been here since 730 am it is now 1130am . Let me prefice this by saying iam a mechanic. They told me at 830 someone was working on it now they just said it won't be done till 3 and when I asked to speak to manager the storie is that the other tech had to leave. How is that my problem . And still no manager has come to see me . It's all ways a fight to get this dealership to do anything. I have bought 4 vehicles here since 2017 I will not buy anything else from them More

We have been going there for years, as that’s where we bought several of our vehicles and it’s handy. Usually when we go for an oil change they call and try to sell us something else, not unusual these da bought several of our vehicles and it’s handy. Usually when we go for an oil change they call and try to sell us something else, not unusual these days I guess. They have a little card to get punched, every fifth oil change is free. We had 2 cards and asked to combine them for the free oil change, they practically did a forensic audit of how many free oil changes we had and when. They ended up throwing out one of our cards, refusing to punch the second one and making us pay. They said we weren’t due for free and had too many punches, problem with that is we have 2 cars and they punched the cards as we got oil changes. I’m hoping to never be desperate enough to get an oil change there again. More

I would never take my vehicle there for body shop repairs as they do not offer you a Courtesy Vehicle unless you have a Major Credit Card with $300 available on it to put it on hold . The Lady in Budget is r as they do not offer you a Courtesy Vehicle unless you have a Major Credit Card with $300 available on it to put it on hold . The Lady in Budget is rude and offers you a Vehicle which sucks gas , and even then if you do not have a Major Credit Card you don’t get a Vehicle, take your vehicle to a Bodyshop that offers you a Courtesy Vehicle without the Hassle More

Definately would recommend this dealership! I traded in my 2014 Dodge Ram as I was looking for something more economical. Jamie, Mike, and Marc were able to assist getting me into a 2019 Nissa I traded in my 2014 Dodge Ram as I was looking for something more economical. Jamie, Mike, and Marc were able to assist getting me into a 2019 Nissan Rogue. Initally they brought the vehicle in from another dealership and noticed that there were winter tires on it still. Mike and Bryan worked with parts and service and were able to get brand new all seasons put on in place of the winters that were on it. During the time waiting to get the tires in and after they were installed the team continued to update me where things were at as well as afterwards followed up to make sure everything was good with the tire install. Would not recommend this stealership they lied to me about my 5 years term for my frist car which ended up going to 8 years almost twice the value of the car that i bought.
