After the recent CBC 'Marketplace' program I now know why. To say the least I am a little bit disappointed in this dealership.. This would not have happened at my last dealership in Kamloops, BC. Whether I will now go to Gateway for future services is up for serious consideration. Future 10 ratings are seriously in doubt. More
