I ended up buying same day and had delivery to my driveway 2 hours away free of charge! I can say the experience was wonderful start to finish. Jathryn was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about performance, quality and trim packages. She made recommendations that fit our budget and never made me feel pressured to buy a trim level or different vehicle I would not be interested in. We worked with Cyrena in the finance office to secure our loan and she was quick to fill out the forms, did some speedy research to answer VW Finance questions about my company shares....approval was complete in less than an hour and we enjoyed dinner down the road while we waited. My Tiguan is the smallest vehicle I have owned in 15 years and I am loving it! Great on the highway, turbo sport mode makes passing slick, the sunroof is refreshing and the car has more bells and whistles than I could have dreamed. Thank you GaryMoe staff for a great purchase. The "all in" price we negotiated was honored with no issues or curve xxxxx. Deposit was definitely advertised as fully refundable and did not have to find out if it was or not as the vehicle was all we were hoping it would be. Additional warranty options were explained to us but we were not interested and it was not pushed at all after initial presentation and expressing our decision. I certainly would come back to this dealer in the future as our experience was much better than previous purchases in the past. More

Customer Service on point! I was passing through Red Deer recently, on my way to Calgary. I had stopped for lunch and while going through the drive-thru, curbed my tire severely I was passing through Red Deer recently, on my way to Calgary. I had stopped for lunch and while going through the drive-thru, curbed my tire severely. I was in the rim before I even reached a safe place to park. I didn't know what to do, but saw that there was a VW dealership close to where I was. I called Gary Moe service department and told them my predicament. The service advisor and manager came right over and put my spare tire on. Then they took my vehicle to their service Bay and had a mechanic rotate the donut onto the rear, so I could make it into Calgary safely, as everywhere they called, did not have that particular tire in stock. I was so grateful for their kindness and superb service. I was not a customer of theirs. I don't even drive a Volkswagen. They came and assisted me without hesitation. What more, the manager didn't even charge me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys are truly one of the best. More
