Chris goes above and beyond to be helpful and to provide that extra personal touch that makes all the difference. We came in on an offer to possibly exchange our vehicle for something more recent, no obligations were felt, but we were given several options and, frankly, a very honest buyback offer. We ended up getting a vehicle that has better equipment than what we had thought we would get for a better price... and which entirely fulfills our every need. All this because instead of trying to make us purchase a new car for the commission, Chris offered us a very slightly used vehicle that had all the bells and whistles. More

Emailed Gary Moe, got a real quote, they found a car for me that was coming into Canada in a week, drove a loaner out to Canmore while I waited, and just generally did a great job with the whole transaction. What a cash grab! Went in because we had a yellow light in the dash. They replaced the sensor for it for $400. Fair enough. But the next day the fan will not turn off in the hood and the battery drains until it dies. Never had a problem before with the fan. But apparently $600 to replace the day after we get it back from them.. Coincidence? They also broke off our side view mirror during an earlier check up. and told us they'd replace it. Months later and they keep stalling. Whatever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will sell you a car for a good deal because they know they will take all your money with fake repairs and other xxxx you don't need. More

No follow to issues/ignoring customer Purchased a new vehicle in Sept 2017. Two issues: 1. Purchased a "prairie package" at a dealership, which was meant to include 3rd row floor mat. De Purchased a new vehicle in Sept 2017. Two issues: 1. Purchased a "prairie package" at a dealership, which was meant to include 3rd row floor mat. Dealership did not provide the correct floor mat and was told to wait until in stock. Also rubber fasteners were missing from the package. Dealership stated to wait until available. 2. Dealership has a well advertised referral program. Family friend was referred to the dealership and purchased a vehicle. Inquired with the dealership in March 2018 regarding the same. Was told that cheque would be mailed to me. Since March, the following attempts to follow up were made by me. To date, I have not heard from the dealership. (events below, from most recent to oldest) May 31 (current date) - no response or follow up from VW Gary Moe. May 29th - Phoned VW canada to follow up - was told that dealers are independent and that they would not be able to assist in resolving the issue. May 25th - Canada phoned the dealer and no response May 25th - phoned VW Canada to launch a complaint May 18th - left message with Reception regarding follow up, no response. May 17th - spoke to Kyle Pess, sales manager, was told that there was mix up and cheque for referral and 3rd floor mat would be mailed out as now in stock. Was told that he would email me and copy accounting. No email sent. May 15th - left message with Reception regarding follow up, no response. May 14th - left message with Kyle Pess, later that day informed by Jathryn that dealership will follow up - no response. May 11th - Left message with reception, was told I would be called by the end of the day - no response. April 2018 - Phoned dealership, was able to speak to Kyle and explain the situation - was told that cheque would be mailed that day and that I should recieve it shortly. April 2018 - Phoned to speak to GM, was told that I would be called back. More

She knows more about Volkswagens and cars in general than most guys and she is a pleasure to deal with. First of all, she found the perfect car for us! I no longer get stuck in my driveway, or on train tracks for that matter. When there were little issues, like the car starter not operating properly, she took care of it quickly herself and never made me feel bad for bugging her... And I can be a lot! She also took the time to help with the claim to return our diesel Volkswagen that was part of the big emissions scandal. When we were stuck in the dealership all day dealing with all of that she was the light in the darkness. I almost peed she made me laugh so hard! Oh, and try the coffee. It's so good! The other people she had help us at the dealership, Brady Medin and Bernie York, were just as helpful. They went above and beyond by helping us tie all our high interest debt into our car loan and work with us until the deal was right for us. Because of this awesome team, I'm driving an all wheel drive with the BEST headlights I have ever had, a pumping stereo and I pay less a month while paying my debt down faster. More

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NEVER BUY FROM THESE CROOKS My fiance purchased a Volkswagen. There has been issues since the purchase (four years ago) that is a factory issue. A paint issue became apparent 1 m My fiance purchased a Volkswagen. There has been issues since the purchase (four years ago) that is a factory issue. A paint issue became apparent 1 month after purchasing the vehicle. Gary Moe initially said that they would not cover it. 6 months later the doors started to rust so they said they would fix the doors but not the original issue. It was taken to an authorized dealer and the doors were fixed but within a year they were starting to rust again (the original issue continued to worsen). The authorized dealer then confirmed that there was a factory issue with the paint on the entire car. A claim was then re-opened and we were sent to get an estimate on the car to get the car fixed. The authorized body shop then wrote off the vehicle. There has been an open claim with Gary Moe Volkswagen for over eight months that has still not been dealt with. They ignore emails and make excuses on the phone. The staff at Gary Moe Volkswagen does not respect their customers or warranty process and they seem to think its acceptable to sell their customers a vehicle then screw them around for months on end as soon as any issues come up. Would never buy from Gary Moe again, would never buy another Volkswagen. Do not waste your time! I also bought from Gary Moe Volkswagen a couple of years ago and had similar issues with their rude staff who will do anything to get a sale and even lied right to my face on multiple occasions. More
