Heated Seat Correction At the time of purchase I did not think heated seats were on my list, then after getting home and talking to my husband the first thing he asked was At the time of purchase I did not think heated seats were on my list, then after getting home and talking to my husband the first thing he asked was if the car had heated seats. I said no, and then he thought I had paid too much for a vehicle that did not even have heated seats. I brought these concerns to the Trevor and Michelle at the dealers that heated seats were now priority. They asked me to come in because they did not want to see me unhappy with my purchase. They asked if I wanted to see another vehicle or have heated seats put in my selected vehicle. I was thrilled that this could be done and at no charge, I was doubly thrilled. Needless to say this one kind act has changed my opinion about car salespeople. I can now tell you that I am very pleased with Galt Chrsyler Dodge and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family as I have done on my Face Book Page. Poor Ethics, Liars I went to this dealership to purchase a new 2016 Dodge Caravan. I met with Ray and we were able to make a deal. After that i met with Tariq Khan to ha I went to this dealership to purchase a new 2016 Dodge Caravan. I met with Ray and we were able to make a deal. After that i met with Tariq Khan to handle the paperwork and financing. They gave me want i asked for my trade in, and i left the dealership happy. This would have been my forth Dodge vehicle. However Tarig called me later that evening telling me he forgot to add the taxes into the cost of the vehicle, and that his mistake would add approximately $5,500 to the cost of the vehicle over the 5 year financing. I checked with another Chrysler dealer who insisted the taxes are included in that price. When i asked Ray to honor the signed legal purchase agreement that himself, Tarig and the sales manager all signed off on, he refused. Then i asked them to meet me halfway on the price, they would not budge a single dollar. Because i felt like i was being screwed around, i took my business elsewhere. On another note it took more then 2 weeks to get my deposit back, They told me three times the cheque would be ready and each time it wasn't. Shady Dealership, Stay away. More

Finally Fun Experience I went to purchase a new Van and went to Galt to price one out. I was introduced to Gareth Armour and WOW what a great person. Pleasant Experience My wife saw on line at Galt Chrysler Town & Country Vans on sale with discounts. I phoned and asked to speak with a sales rep and was put in touch wit My wife saw on line at Galt Chrysler Town & Country Vans on sale with discounts. I phoned and asked to speak with a sales rep and was put in touch with Trina. She answered all my questions and told her I would come in from London that afternoon. Upon arrival she met me by name and showed me the van I was interested in. She had Geoff put a number on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 194611km who by the way has a bit of a sense of humor. At no time did I feel pressured in to making a purchase but the van met all my needs and they gave me a fair trade in allowance so the deal was made. I also ordered floor mats and snow tires from them and again sold to me at a fair price, Friday I went to pick up the Town & Country and again greeted by Geoff who asked if my Jeep was full of fuel with a smile and the tires were in the back and floor mats installed by parts dept nice gesture. Also Tariq and Rui were very helpful with the required paper work. In closing I have purchased a lot of cars over the years every year for work and this was the most fun and relaxed purchase. Galt's price was $5,500 cheaper than the same vehicle offered on 5 different lots in the Hamilton area.....one of which I had purchased my 2009 SXT Grand Caravan at , and one of the others being owned by friends of the family . Combined with 0% financing , it did not make sense to buy used .......math and market research was the deal maker. I have purchased many vehicles over the years , but this was by far , the easiest , no pressure , no stress deal I have ever made . I dealt with Trina Tionko . She was a straight shooter.....No BS. I was looking for quite a while prior to buying and am convinced that no better deal was to be had . The vehicle I bought had everything On my wish list right down to the gold colour. All I can say at this point is " dare to compare ". More
