This was the second time I had it in for the same problem and when I get it there it wasn't doing it so I videoed it the night before. I showed the first video which was black but a lot of sounds cuz I had to hold it down to the front of the vehicle. They said how do we know this is your vehicle so I showed them the second video the license place car and had the same sound. Here's the best part your transmission specialist told me he could go out and make any car in the lot sound like that!!! that's scary!!! They told me I would be charged for the diagnostic and they could drop me off at a rental car place so I could get a vehicle to drive if I'd like to leave it with them. 4800km on this van not even 1st oil change. I went out to speak to the general manager which in return told me he's doing everything he possibly can to help me. I was so upset and in return he offered to call the police and have her removed from the building. I asked to do a straight-up trade for a different vehicle on your lot. The general manager raise his voice and said Don't expect me to pay off your debt go fix your credit and come back and you can will trade in and you can get another vehicle. Best part he did this in the lobby in front of the staff and all the customers The only way your dealership will do anything to help me is if I trade my brand new vehicle in a huge loss so you guys can make another profit off me. All I want is to drive a vehicle that is safe this van is a ticking time bomb When they came back with the third offer for a trade in is when I decided to go to the media to ask for help. I also started to decorate my van and advertise for your company. If it really was the owner that responded to me last time reach out to me let's get this settled before it completely goes viral You have all my contact information I've been in there enough time let's get this over with before the van does kill somebody More
