The role of Freeway Mazda team is inevitably big in this decision. Brand Ambassador Tracey Churchill, Client Relations Ambassador Andrii Dydyna, Eric in the Finance, and Peter Herbert are simply an amazing team when it comes for customer service and overall approach towards closing a sale. Before I went to Freeway Mazda, I visited at least 10 dealers in the lower mainland. Even I visited another Mazda dealership in the lower mainland, and unfortunately the experience was pretty bad. So with all the other experiences, I can surely tell that Freeway Mazda exceeded my expectations. Right from beginning with Tracey till the end with Andrii, the purchase experience was simply great. Tracey, can definitely help you with what you are looking for and what the best option will be available, without exaggeration or sugar coating. And for sure my auto plan account manager Kai Di Zhu was very knowledgeable and empathetic. Eric in the Finance was also very collaborative and he knows what customer is looking for in terms of numbers and services. Finally, Andrii gave me an in depth information about my car and do’s and don’ts. I don’t want to waste our time by explaining further about Mazda 3 100 year edition, since it is simply amazing, both engine, and exterior. Interior is more catchy and daring with its combination of red leather seats and white leather dash board. Loaded with almost everything except wireless mobile charger and remote engine starter that I think I can buy as additional options. Overall the car and the dealer experience for me was 10 out of 10. I want to thank the entire team at Freeway Mazda for assisting me with the purchase of a 2016 Mazda CX-3 . I need to share my car-buying experience with everyone :) First contact person was Andrii ( assisting me with the purchase of a 2016 Mazda CX-3 . I need to share my car-buying experience with everyone :) First contact person was Andrii (an online specialist) and he responded quickly via email and text, and he answered my initial enquiry including providing me with the CarFax report of this vehicle. I was excited to see “no accidents” and also confirming the super low-mileage at under 12,000 KMs. Once all the information checked out…. I immediately booked for a test-drive and then I met Ozzy (the Sales Rep.), and he had everything ready for me, with a binder full of information about the vehicle and the Mazda CX-3 ready to go - excellent service! My test-drive went well (like a new car)… next step negotiation. With Ozzy’s help and I submitted my offer to Mr. Peter Herbert (the General Sales Manager) and negotiation went well, and Peter accepted my reasonable offer (and both parties satisfied) and I placed a downpayment and done 👍. Like I said a wonderful car-buying experience. On purchase day, Ms. Yong from the finance department reviewed the extra-warranty available and then I signed all the transfer papers. The receptionist at the front desk - with the most important role… collected my bank-draft with a smile 😊. And Ms. Yong called the ICBC Agent (Simran) and he arrived to the dealership within 10-15 minutes!!! Final person I met with was Artika who reviewed all the vehicle’s features, including the touch-screen settings and also made sure I was connected to Bluetooth before I drove off. The 2016 Mazda CX-3 looked like new…. washed, and with a full-tank of gas!!! I love the rare exterior ceramic metallic (white-silver) colour. If you find a car from Freeway Mazda please stop by for a test-drive and meet the team. You won’t be disappointed 😁 More
