If 1 word can explain our experience then it would be "Fantabulous!". Really amazing. Thorough professionals and true customer services. From entrance to the exit, you will find smiling faces either from "Fantabulous!". Really amazing. Thorough professionals and true customer services. From entrance to the exit, you will find smiling faces either from behind the counter or the person who is dealing with you. The sales person "Artika" has all the knowledge of the world once it comes to Mazda cars. And they way she explains is really fantastic. The GM "Peter Herbert" was so nice that he came to meet us at least 3-4 times during our stay there and asked for any help if we needed. We only went to see the car but came out having CX-5 with us hahahaha. It is as simple as I am saying. The finance lady "Fui" and the insurance lady "Liliyani" (sorry if I am not writing the spellings correctly) were so cooperative and guided on each and every point. I would recommend Freeway Mazda to everyone who wants to have a good experience. More

We had a good experience to start, which turned a bit sour because of a misstep from one sales associate. After that Peter took over and totally redeemed them, to the point of passing us off to a differe sour because of a misstep from one sales associate.
