I was very disappointed when I saw my car after the service: it was dirtier than when I had dropped it off, and because you no longer have people washing the cars after servicing, I was given a voucher service: it was dirtier than when I had dropped it off, and because you no longer have people washing the cars after servicing, I was given a voucher for the touchless car wash down the street. It did a very poor job and my car was still left with streaks. I miss having people who take pride in their work, and if you can't have the car washed after the service, at least have the mess made by the mechanic cleaned up. As far as the service work was concerned, I had asked for three specific things to be done. They found three more things that needed to be done. I believe they did need to be done, based on the pictures I was shown, however, the cost was almost four times more than I expected. I can provide pictures taken after the service visit and after the trip to the car wash if that would help. More

As always Freeway Mazda did an excellent service to my Mazda 3 . I love the video inspection , that the technician sent you before he do the service so that you know the initial condition of your car and Mazda 3 . Also he recommends what necessary needs for your car to be safe road worthy. The customer lounge was spacious and clean. There’s refreshment drinks to enjoy while waiting.
