I can't say enough good things about Freeway Mazda. My wife and I took a Honda CRV for a test drive a couple of weeks ago, everything seemed great and we purchased it for an amazing price, (at leas My wife and I took a Honda CRV for a test drive a couple of weeks ago, everything seemed great and we purchased it for an amazing price, (at least $2000 less than other dealers). After we got the car home we decided to go for a drive. Soon after pulling out of the driveway I did a U-turn, the car started shaking and the wheels felt like they were rubbing against something. I did a U-turn in the opposite direction and the same thing happened. We took the car back to the dealership just a short time after buying it. I explained the situation to our sales rep, Tracey and she had someone take a look at the vehicle. They agreed there was definitely something wrong with the vehicle and the dealership agreed to fix the issue free of charge. In the meantime we needed a vehicle, I'd transferred my insurance from my previous vehicle to the CRV. The dealership offered to insure my old vehicle for a week, free of charge. I got a call a few days later, the repair was going to take more than a week due to the parts that needed ordering. Rather than reinsure my old vehicle they went the extra mile and gave me a loaner: a 2023 Mazda CX-5 fully loaded. Wow! I drove this vehicle for a week and loved it. If I was in the market for a larger SUV I would definitely consider the CX-5. It drives great. Thanks Freeway Mazda for the great customer service and a great experience. More

Bought our first Mazda CX 5 back in 2013 from Freeway Mazda and a dealt with Tommy and was very happy the way we where treated, the car we purchased back then never gave us a problem, the only thing we Mazda and a dealt with Tommy and was very happy the way we where treated, the car we purchased back then never gave us a problem, the only thing we had to do was general maintance So this year we decided to buy another Mazda CX 5 and like before everybody went out of there way to make sure we where happy with there service. Definitely a 5 star business More

I have bought many cars over the years at various dealerships, but never have I received such excellent service as I did at Freeway Mazda! From the moment I stepped foot in and until the moment I lef dealerships, but never have I received such excellent service as I did at Freeway Mazda! From the moment I stepped foot in and until the moment I left I was treated with respect, integrity and honesty at all levels. Terry Cai was very knowledgable about the products and answered every question I had. The manager Peter was great to deal with as was Eric in the finance office. No time did I ever feel rushed or pressured into any decision. It was awesome to find a place that still holds personal values and professionalism in the day-to-day operations of their business. Freeway Mazda is one place I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to go to if they’re in the market for a new or used car. More
