I had amazing services at Freeway Mazda after an awful experience at my purchasing dealership. The fuel filler lid of my vehicle stopped working. I initially took the car to my originating dealership f experience at my purchasing dealership. The fuel filler lid of my vehicle stopped working. I initially took the car to my originating dealership for diagnosis. However, they refused to acknowledge that there was any issue with the lid; in fact, they let me go twice without any thorough inspection nor repair. They even ridiculed me saying that I had no clue how the car would work as I didn’t read my vehicle owner’s manual. After I no longer felt comfortable going back to the dealership, I decided to take my business somewhere else. I then found Freeway Mazda. I immediately started to see that Freeway Mazda was very different from my purchasing dealership. The staff at Freeway Mazda were never lazy to help and support their customers. They would explain to me what they were trying to do and what they found regardless of whether or not I could understand what they were doing. They test-drove my vehicle many times, which my originating dealership had never done, and tried to figure out what was causing the problem by reaching out to Mazda, the manufacture. After several attempts to diagnose and repair the lid, they finally found out the cause of the malfunction. They even realized that wrong screws were used to place my license plates, and replaced them right away. I was very impressed with their professionalism and commitment. I don’t think there are many customers out there who have gone to more than one dealerships to deal with an issue with their vehicles, but as someone who had to do so, I can say that it’s very important to do some research on car dealers, not only the vehicles you are interested in. They look after your car for years, so you want to find a place where you can stay as a happy customer. This experience has given me a good lesson to learn, but I’m glad I did as I was able to find Freeway Mazda because of it. More

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I’ve always been acknowledged immediately upon coming into the service department or sales. I have confidence in the work they do for my car. Best experience ever! I have been on a waitlist for 3 months only, it's too fast compared to other car brands. I tried to apply for another car brand but they didn't appro I have been on a waitlist for 3 months only, it's too fast compared to other car brands. I tried to apply for another car brand but they didn't approve me based on my VISA status, but Mazda accepted me as a newcomer and gave me a credit to buy my first car in Canada. I am thankful to the FREEWAY Mazda team. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. More
