Before giving the car for service their was no oil stain on the driver side floor mat but when i got the car after the service was completed their is a big oil stain now which is obviously came when the car on the driver side floor mat but when i got the car after the service was completed their is a big oil stain now which is obviously came when the car was being serviced. The staff was so irresponsible that they did not clean it and gave it to me. I am not able to remove that stain my self and Thanks to Mazda service staff for damaging my OEM Mazda floor mat. Also to mention, i am pretty sure Air Intake Hose was not cracked before giving the car for service but the staff later Informed me after the service was done that the they forgot to mention in the inspection report that intake air hose is also cracked and they fixed it temporarily by putting the duck tape. On the whole, i am pretty sure that it got cracked when the service staff was replacing the air filter. Overall, i came in loss after giving my car for service to Mazda. More
